How do I get my profile back on site after I have deleted it?
If you have deleted your profile, you will have to create a new one to go back on the Cambshadi.com site. You will not be able to use the same user ID and e-mail ID as that gets occupied under your status and becomes inactive after deletion.
A Client No. / Profile ID is a unique number. To identify you uniquely, a Client No. / Profile ID is assigned to you when you register with us. This Client No. / Profile ID is to be referred in all correspondence to Cambshadi.com

Your membership is for your personal use only and you can contact opposite gender profiles to initiate proposals. However, if you are trying to contact profiles for your brother/ sister, you can add a separate profile for them and upgrade it to Online, Offline and Online/Offline membership.

Only if you are a Offline or Online/Offline member you can get the contact details by sending us an e-mail/post requesting us to send their contact details or you can also directly walk in to our office and collect a printout of their profile along with their horoscope (If available).

I get the error "No matching records found" while searching for the profiles. Why is that so?
Please check your search criteria. If you are searching for a particular sub caste, try rephrasing your spellings. We suggest you to use partial names or try all the possible spellings in the sub caste field, for example: Brahmin, Brahmin, Iyer, etc. to get profiles of a particular sub caste.
If you have used date options in the search, please check the dates entered. For Example, in the "When Posted" Option ensure that you have not entered a future date by mistake.
You could bookmark any member who strikes your interest. You could view the list of the Bookmarked profiles by selecting the options just above “Search My Life Partner” button which you will find after logging in.
After logging into your account and searching for profiles if you find a profile unsuitable for you, you can click on the "Ignore this profile" option under “Profile Feedback”. It will be added to your ignored profiles list.

Can I choose which photo should be displayed as the Main Photo in my profile?
Yes. You can manage your photos and choose what should be displayed as your Main Photo in your profile.
How do I change a photo in my profile?
You cannot change your photo online, but you can mail the hard copy or the soft copy to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will upload it within 48 hours. Please don’t forget to mention your Client No. / Profile ID in the e-mail or post / courier
I got an error while uploading my photo. What could be the reason?
You could have got an error if your file is not in JPG /GIF format or if the file size of the photo is more than 100 KB. We accept digital photo files only in the JPG / GIF format and less than 100 KB in size.
The maximum size acceptable for a digital photo is 100 KB. If your photo is more than 100 KB, please email it to email@example.com with your Client No. / Profile Id and Password. We will reduce the image size and upload it for you, absolutely FREE.
